Geoff Rohrsheim, Founder and Managing Director

Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of SDM and was recognised in 2006 as the Ernst & Young Southern Region Services Business Entrepreneur of the Year Award for service in this area.  Geoff's extensive knowledge and business acumen has been built on the foundation of ten years with the Australian Air Force where he held various positions involving aircraft maintenance management, IT systems management and research and development at DSTO.  Following this he worked as an IT consultant with SMS Consulting in Melbourne.  In 1997 Geoff returned to Adelaide to join FH Faulding and Co where he held positions in IT project management, IT systems management and internal account management while reporting to the vice president of Information Services.  In 1999, SDM was founded.

A graduate of RMIT Geoff holds an honours degree in Aerospace Engineering and has post graduate degrees in Engineering and Computer Science.

SDM was purchased by DWS (www.dws.com.au) in January 2008.
