If earning a top salary, working overseas and having a rewarding career interests you, then you'll love a technology career. To get started, here are three simple steps that will help you work out what training and employment suits you.
1. Step One - Select an Employment Category

University of Adelaide, UniSA, and Flinders University offer 4-year Bachelor degrees in many areas including Electronics, Software, Computer Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical and Robotics.
TAFE SA offer Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas and Certificates in Electronics and Systems, Information Technology and Electronics and Computer Assembly.
3. Step Three ~ Study the subjects at high school
Lastly and most importantly, make sure you study the right subjects at high school. If you plan to study technology subjects at university or TAFE, you may need to study Mathematical Methods or Mathematical Studies and/or Physics at high school.
