Description:
Each year TIA conducts the Member Technology Survey, tracking adoption, satisfaction, and planned spending across 24 categories of technology and services. Comparing year-over-year results, certain trends become obvious, such as rising adoption of cloud solutions and increased spending on hot areas such as knowledge management and professional services automation. Additionally, providers of best-of-breed solutions who are clearly delivering value for their customers tend to see rising adoption year over year. When comparing the technology adoption data from 2013 with the 2012 results, many technology and service providers saw their TIA market share, i.e., the percent of TIA members using their solutions, rise. The three TIA partners with the greatest increase in year-over-year adoption are Citrix, Compuware, and Coveo, making these three firms finalists for the Fall 2013 TechBEST Best in Adoption award. Each of the finalists will be interviewed during the TechBEST Showcase at TSW on October 21, 2013, with the winner announced October 23, during the closing Awards Luncheon.

Description:
Each year TIA conducts the Member Technology Survey, tracking adoption, satisfaction and planned spending across 24 categories of technology and services. The satisfaction section of the survey has delivered interesting results, with the majority of categories averaging a satisfaction score well below industry averages. There are, however, some clear outliers from these averages, with some technology or service providers well regarded by TIA members and highly rated for member satisfaction. Three TIA partners did exceptionally well.
