Hong Kong International ICT Expo

Convention & Exhibition Centre, 13 – 16 April

Business SA in collaboration with Innovate SA and the Technology Industry Association are organising a trade mission to Hong Kong for the International ICT Expo 2012, in April 2012. 

The International ICT Expo is a powerful leading Asian trade event, linking information and communications technology product and service providers with buyers from around the world. More than 570 exhibitors from all over the world will showcase their latest products and solutions at the fair. Group pavilions include representatives from Australia, Canada, the Chinese mainland, India, the Philippines and Taiwan.

Attendee Profile

Among the 29,826 visitors in 2011, approximately 50% came from the IT-related sectors (technology & solution providers), 25% from the Telecommunication & Wireless domain, and 25% were in the manufacturing and trading sector.

Genuine Buyers

In 2011 a total of 66 international buying missions were organised, comprising 1800 buyers from 1439 companies. Buyers from renowned companies such as Tacco Calpini SA & System One S.R.L. (Argentina), Specialised Business Systems Plc. (Bulgaria), Qualcomm International (HK), Nokia Siemens Networks HK LTD (HK), and Crown Motors Ltd. (HK), Future Group (India), GauGau International Japan Co. Ltd. (Japan), Mototelecom (Russia) and Telesens (Ukraine) also attended the Expo.
