TIA Member Success Managers partner with member executives and their teams to ensure that every member realizes the full value of their TIA membership. This is accomplished by:


  • A formal membership onboarding process, which orients staff to key membership resources and presents a utilization roadmap for the first 90 days.
  • Regular relationship touch points to inform members of upcoming research and events, and to discuss how TIA can be of support to members’ current initiatives and priorities.
  • A proactive service posture, guiding members through benchmarking and other research engagements over the course of the year.
  • Transparent reporting on the utilization of membership resources, and collaboration on opportunities to increase engagement and member value over time.
