BAE SYSTEMS EXPANDS CYBER SECURITY CAPABILITY WITH ACQUISITION OF stratsec.net Pty Ltd BAE Systems has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire stratsec.net Pty Ltd, an information security company. The acquisition of stratsec will add capabilities and footprint in the area of cyber and intelligence. “This acquisition supports our strategy to expand our existing information security services, knowledge and experience and is consistent with BAE Systems’ strategy to develop its cyber and security business in its home markets,” said Jim McDowell, Chief Executive.
