Daisy, our abattoir management system, operates from slaughter to loadout in the abattoir process. The system grades to AusMeat standard with MSA chiller assessment extensions. The carton labelling is AQIS approved and supports several foreign languages including Chinese, Japanese and Arabic text. The warehousing system uses on-line wireless, hand-held barcode scanners with automatic put and pick features to manage the inventory.

We have serial interfaces to a range of input and control devices, including weigh scales, barcode printers and scanners, PLCs, RFId readers and video image analysis systems.

The objectives of Daisy, and all of our software, is high reliability measured by uninterrupted up-time and productivity measured by high throughput rates.
