The following outlines the obligations, terms and conditions you should be aware of as an Electronics and ICT Association member. All members are bound by the Constitution of the Association, and by any specific terms and conditions imposed from time to time. A complete copy of the Constitution can be viewed here.
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). The Electronics and ICT Association reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Any liability of Electronics and ICT Association in connection with services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Electronics and ICT Association, be limited to, the supply of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again, to the limit of $200 per event.
Fees are payable by Core Industry Members and Associate Members as determined by the Board from time to time and includes the Member Company’s yearly subscription fees and such other fees as may be determined by the Board. It shall be a condition of any application for membership that upon admission any applicable membership fee or contribution levied in respect of the then current Financial Year be paid on a pro rata basis.
Membership resignations must be received in writing prior to June 30th of the current membership year.
The Electronics & ICT Association provide services to members and wider industry via events, supplier contributions and sponsorship packages. Registration event details are included when registering online.
Cancellations for events must be made in writing. Cancellation notification given less than the notice as listed on individual event registration forms, may not attract a refund, partly due to the organisation being unable to recoup costs for the event from the event organiser.
Only the person authorised by the named Member Company may request or make a change to membership details.
The information contained in the Legal Disclaimer of the Electronics and ICT Association form part of these Terms and Conditions.
All member/customer information is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy constitutes part of these Terms and Conditions.
When using the Electronics and ICT Association website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Please notify Electronics and ICT Association immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
Prices shown throughout the Electronics and ICT Association website are in AU dollars.
A transaction submitted by you is an agreement to purchase a particular membership or event attendance at the price specified on the Electronics and ICT Association Website.
Electronics and ICT Association reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification.
You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on or through the Websites or other harmful component.
Your contract of membership with Electronics and ICT Association and payment is accepted in good faith until such time as Board approval is given, as per the Electronics & ICT Association Constitution. If Board approval is not provided, membership of the Association will not have been effected and all monies paid for membership will be refunded in full.
Please contact Electronics and ICT Association if you wish to Cancel a transaction.
Refunds will be at the discretion of Electronics and ICT Association.
Electronics and ICT Association may at any time display third party embedded and non-embedded hyperlinks, referral buttons and other pointers to Internet Websites operated by third parties or their licensees or contractors.
Electronics and ICT Association endorses the services of Preferred Suppliers as identified specifically for Electronics & ICT Association members.
Excluding Electronics and ICT Association Preferred Suppliers', the Electronics and ICT Association does not endorse or recommend the products, services or content of the linked website nor accept any responsibility for the contents of any linked websites or any hyperlink contained within a linked website. Any offer that you can accept by linking to the third party advertiser's website and executing the relevant transaction is made by you at your own risk.
Electronics and ICT Association is absolved of any responsibility of any outcome as a consequence of your access.
